DailyMe is taking another big step forward today. We’re entering the B-to-B space, making our online news platform available to newspaper publishers and broadcasters looking to compete for eyeballs and ad dollars.Posted by Eduardo Hauser
Our new Publisher Solutions suite will let those who run high-quality news sites transform them into advanced online news destinations by licensing the same technology and content that drive DailyMe.com. Publisher Solutions gives publishers the ability to offer their readers novel tools to customize, personalize, aggregate, publish, share and interact with the news that interests them most.
Briefly, the suite allows publishers to:
• Offer its users the ability to personalize the content they consume.
• Provide topic-specific pages that include both site content and/or news from other licensed sources.
• Present related content on every story page.
• Give readers the ability to rank and filter stories using DailyMe's Meme-It widgets, which allow users to categorize news by emotion.
• Let users combine site-based news with user-generated content using an advanced RSS reader.
• Offer various delivery settings and preferences so users can choose their schedule and content format including email, RSS feeds and DailyMe's automated printing feature.
To find out more, please visit our Publisher Solutions page.
Some of the DailyMe team will be at the Online News Association 2008 Annual Conference on Sept. 11-13 in Washington, DC, where we’ll be demonstrating our technology. Please stop by the DailyMe booth (No. 9) if you’re there and we’ll set up a demo.
